If you reported your bags missing at the airport you do not need to take any further action. We are working hard to reunite you with your bags and will be in touch when we find them. Here you can check the status of your bag using the application number and the name of the passenger.
IMPORTANT! When you report a missing bag, we’ll give you a file reference number which is a series of four letters and five numbers (Example: GYDJ2123456) which you should always mention in further communications with AZAL.
With regard to the claims on the compensation of the damages when the luggage is broken/damaged, you should address to the representation office of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC no later than 7 days from the date of the arrival. With regard to the delay in the delivery of the luggage – no later than 21 days from the date of the arrival. You can see below relevant contacts:
